1. Scope
This AI Act Conformity Statement (“Statement”) is published by Ambersoft FZE LLC (“we”, “us”) pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act) in connection with AI systems used on the 17VLT Fund platform (“Platform”). It is effective from the date above and will be updated as required — in any event no later than August 2, 2026.
This Statement applies if you are a resident of the European Union or European Economic Area accessing the Platform.
2. AI systems in use
| System / Function | Description | Classification | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| Founder Application Scoring | AI-assisted analysis of founder applications to support tier placement and fund allocation decisions | Limited Risk * | Anthropic (Claude API) |
| Document Analysis | Automated extraction and review of uploaded documents (contracts, IP records, app store data) | Minimal Risk | Anthropic (Claude API) |
| Platform Automation | Internal workflow automation, communication drafting, and task management | Minimal Risk | Anthropic / OpenAI |
* The Founder Application Scoring system is currently classified as Limited Risk on the basis that AI outputs are used to support — not replace — human decision-making, with all final tier placement and fund allocation decisions made by qualified human reviewers. A formal AI Act Classification Assessment is in progress and may update this classification before August 2, 2026. If reclassified as High Risk under Annex III, full conformity assessment procedures will be initiated immediately.

We have requested or will request EU AI Act transparency documentation from these providers pursuant to Article 53 of the EU AI Act (applicable to GPAI model providers from August 2025). Such documentation is retained as part of our internal compliance record.
